Devondale Rewards Photo Promotion
Terms and Conditions

Note: The promotional period for this offer has been extended from the original end date of 28th February 2010 to the new end date of 15th August 2010. Clauses 2 and 9 of the terms and conditions (below) have been amended to reflect the new end date.

1. The Devondale Rewards Program (Promotion) is operated by the Murray Goulburn Cooperative Co Limited (ABN 23 004 277 089) (Murray Goulburn), 140 Dawson Street, Brunswick, Victoria.

2. The Promotion will operate from 15th June 2009 and finish at 11.59pm AEDST on 15th August 2010 (Promotion Period).

3. You agree to the terms and conditions of the Promotion by registering for the Promotion. Information on how to register and claim a prize form part of these conditions of entry.

4. To register for the Promotion go to www.devondalepromotion.com.au. By registering for the Devondale Promotion you will automatically become a registered member of Snapfish at www.snapfish.com.au, operated by Hewlett-Packard Company, and will be required to accept the Snapfish membership terms & conditions. You must be an Australian resident over 18 years of age. You agree you will only register once. Employees of the Murray Goulburn, and their immediate families, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to redeem prizes in this promotion.

5. You can earn Devondale points (Points) by purchasing specially marked promotional packs of Devondale butters and spreads (the Promotional Products) that contain a unique identifying code, and registering with the Promotion. To register you will need to provide your first name, last name, email address and the unique code. Each unique code can be used once only, however you can accumulate as many Points as you wish by purchasing additional Promotional Products and registering the associated unique codes to your Devondale Promotion account.

6. Points can be earned by purchasing specially marked packs of the following spreads:

   1. Devondale Butter (in tub) 375g;
   2. Devondale Dairy Soft 375g;
   3. Devondale Dairy Soft 500g;
   4. Devondale Dairy Soft Salt Reduced 375g;
   5. Devondale Dairy Soft Salt Reduced 500g;
   6. Devondale Extra Soft 375g;
   7. Devondale Extra Soft Salt Reduced 375g;
   8. Devondale Extra Soft 500g;
   9. Devondale Extra Soft Salt Reduced 500g;
   10. Devondale Light 375g;
   11. Devondale Light 500g; and
   12. Devondale Light with Calcium 375g.
   
   

7. You earn 10 Points for purchasing Devondale Butter 375g, “Dairy Soft” or “Extra Soft” Promotional Products and registering the unique code to your Devondale Promotion account, and 15 Points for purchasing “Light” Promotional Products and registering the unique code to your Devondale Promotion account.

   After you have registered with the Devondale Rewards Program, bonus points can be earned by completing all the questions in the Update Details section. Murray Goulburn reserve the right to issue bonus points to members at other times at their discretion.

8. To claim a prize you need:

   1. 10 Points to claim 50 free photo prints from Snapfish (15 x 10 cms with a choice of matt or gloss finish); and/or,

   2. 50 Points to claim a (20 page 8" x 11”) Classic Photo Book (Linen cover) from Snapfish at the special price of $14.95. A standard Classic photo book consists of 20 pages and is valued at $39.95. You can choose to include extra pages at a cost of $1.95 for each additional 2 pages. Offer excludes option for a leather cover.

   The 50 free photo prints are limited to one claim per household during the Promotion Period. However, you can claim multiple Classic photo books during the Promotion Period, at the special price of $14.95, with 50 Points per claim.

9. In order to receive a prize, the unique codes must be submitted and received by Murray Goulburn by 11.59pm AEDST on 15th August 2010. Murray Goulburn reserves the right to close the Promotion website after 11.59pm AEDST on 15th August 2010.

10. Important: There are postage and handling costs: $1.95 for redemption of the 50 photo prints and $4.95 per Classic photo book redemption for standard mail. Additional charges apply if you select Express Post. To claim a prize you will need to provide a mailing address and credit card details on the Snapfish website.

11. Privacy and Your Personal Information: Murray Goulburn reserves the right to use your personal information to contact you regarding this Promotion and in future marketing communications. Murray Goulburn will handle all your information in accordance with its privacy policy available at www.devondale.com.au/privacy. You may opt-out of the Promotion upon receipt of a communication from Murray Goulburn or by sending an email to unsubscribe@devondalepromotion.com.au.

    Hewlett-Packard Company reserves the right to use your personal information to contact you in relation to Snapfish promotions and products, including after the Promotional Period. They will handle all your information in accordance with their privacy policy available at www.snapfish.com.au/privacy.

12. Murray Goulburn will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to your involvement in the Promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. If for any reason the Promotion cannot operate as planned due to infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Murray Goulburn, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Murray Goulburn reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and disqualify any individual who tampers with the registration or prize claim process or does not comply with these terms and conditions. Heavy account usage may trigger some of our security checks, requiring you to provide additional proof of purchase, such as the physical promotional codes.
