Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these
Conditions of Entry.
Entry is only open to New South Wales, Queensland and
Victorian residents whose home is visited by a DEVONDALE
Representative during the promotional period (“Eligible
Entrants”). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter
and its agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible.
Eligible Entrants who are home at the time that they are
visited by a DEVONDALE Representative will be provided with a free
sample of a 1 Litre DEVONDALE full cream long life milk product
and a ‘DEVONDALE Long Life Milk’ survey.
Eligible Entrants
who are not at home at the time that they are visited by a
DEVONDALE Representative will have a ‘DEVONDALE Long Life Milk’
survey left at their door or letterbox. These Eligible
Entrants will be required to purchase a 1 Litre DEVONDALE
full cream long life milk product to be eligible to
enter.
To enter, Eligible Entrants must fully complete the official
‘DEVONDALE Long Life Milk’ survey including their details, enclose
an original barcode cut out from a 1 Litre DEVONDALE full cream
long life milk product (either the barcode from the sample of the
1 Litre DEVONDALE full cream long life milk product left by the
DEVONDALE Representative or a barcode from a 1 Litre DEVONDALE
full cream long life milk product separately purchased) and send
their entry in the reply paid envelope provided with name and full
address on the back, to the reply paid address printed on the
envelope during the promotional period.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of
entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry
process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
these Conditions of Entry.

No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected
mail.

Promotion commences 18/07/05. Entries close
5:00pm AEST on 31/08/05. The draw will take place at 87
Edgerton Street, Silverwater NSW 2128 on 02/09/05 at 12:00
noon. Winners’ will be notified by mail and their names will
be published in The Australian on 12/09/05.
Judges' decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.

The first twenty (20) valid entries drawn will each win $1,000
cash, awarded in the form of a cheque. Prize will be awarded to
the entrant named on the ‘DEVONDALE Long Life Milk’ survey
form.

Total prize value is $20,000. Prizes, or any
unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or
exchangeable.

If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the
prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or
guardian.

The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the
same place as the original draw as are necessary on 12/01/06 at
2pm in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. In
the event of any winners, their names will be published in The
Australian on 19/01/06.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to
indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is
suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes,
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter collects Eligible Entrants’ personal
information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information
requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not
participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless
otherwise advised, each Eligible Entrant also agrees that the
Promoter may use this information, in any media for future
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further
reference, payment or other compensation to the Eligible Entrant,
including sending the Eligible Entrant electronic messages.
Eligible Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State
lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under
the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or
correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at
their address set out below.

The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide
proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding a
prize. Identification considered suitable for verification
is at the discretion of the Promoter.
- Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant’s
name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner
(incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media
for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the
purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and
promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied
by the Promoter.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax
implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
